My name is Chris, and Uncle Bart is my third business. But truth be told, it’s the first one that truly feels like me. I’ve always dreamed of building a place where I could make great coffee, play the kind of music that makes your day a little lighter, and share genuine moments with the people who walk through the door.

From the very first day, this little café has been buzzing with life. And somehow, it’s never stopped.

The name Uncle Bart isn’t just a name—it’s a tribute. It comes from my uncle, Bartholomew Arhondonis—someone the world knows as Constantinople. He’s more than just family; he’s an icon, a storyteller, a man who’s left a mark far beyond our family. Naming the café after him felt right. It’s my way of honoring where I come from while creating something of my own.
